THIS. IS. GLOUREXON. GLOUREXON TIMEN.Glourexon, he's working as the manager of the whole station and is responsible for anything that could go wrong, especially in the timeline. He is watching everyone and everything, making sure they run in place. Unlike other clockwatchers, he doesn't belong in any specific station.
He's doing more than his best to save as much souls as he can. Therefore, he'd "fix" them as best as he could to help him run the place, thus giving them a second chance to fix their former lives in the belonging timelines.
He can be a very perky and friendly person, but once you've failed him in a task as a clockwatcher, he'd be very- VERY DISAPPOINTED and full of tension. Don't worry, he's always trying his best to be forgiving.
(and yes, he is one-handed.)
