Another one! Ahhh! Nicknamed this fella 'Roak.'
Roak's tribe of Jumpers are river-riding nomads that strike up trades up and down the rivers. Their tribe is small and compact, maybe a hundred at most. They even trade in taboo with some close-mouthed settlers, which helps provide them with clothes, metal objects like knives, spades and tools. And every now and then, a gun. But since these guys mostly stick to the rivers, they tend to go for things that aid their whole community. Metal fish hooks last longer than the ones they make themselves, and fishing fills their bellies. Roak here is a seasoned trader and can speak a few different languages pretty well to get his point across.
I kinda like Roak, even if for some reason I can't quite pin he looks a bit like Billy Ray Cyrus
River nomad Jumpers are easy enough to distinguish from the Yakin and the cliff dwellers by their pale, ashy fur, white ventral fur, larger tail tufts and darker muzzle stripes. (and their acquired clothing)
