I hate it when something like that happens. Like when you think it's gonna look good in your head in in reality its terrible XD. Or when you draw the ear or hand good but the other look terrible.

This is how I've felt many times. Get a great idea but then putting it on paper and...it actually sounded a lot better in my head.

It happens me a lot, bleh, so frustrating... or, either, have the idea, begin to draw and the resulting sketch should be approved as lethal weapon...

At least you seem to have a better success rate.Β A, I'm still working on dead tree media rather than digital, and 2, I can't get my hand to do what my brain tells it to do unless I'm working from a reference photo, and even then I don't always win.

Hatte ich letztens nach lΓ€ngerer Zeit auch mal wieder, als ich mit meinen neuen Copics hantiert habe...hab die immernochnicht richtig unter Kontrolle.

The ideas are so glorious, so close to the Gates of Heaven but when we grab them they fade quickly. So we are left with ashes and vague memories. The best are able to bring back more Heaven and less ashes.
Yeah, I know the feeling too, making brutish, unrefined stuff but hey at least its done.

Maybe the next project will be 20% cooler.
