Skialdi — Long time no see

Description -Le gasp- It has been sooo very long since I've drawn Riku. Nearly 6 months owo That should be unforgivable or something on my part.

The other night I was reminiscing on Kingdom Hearts while watching Lord of the Rings. I've bee watching the walk through of Dream Drop Distance and I just had to draw Riku. I can not wait to play that game. It looks so good and I love love love what I've seen of Riku so far. I still am unsure as to if I like his new hair or not but slowly, very slowly it is growing on me.

This drawing is dedicated to My fellow Riku lover and dear friend

For not drawing him in a while, I think he turned out superb. I might have improved, don't you think?

I love the subtle color shift in his eyes, so pretty! The defined pen work on the shadows is a really nice touch (plus he has a gorgeous bone structure hehe)

I really wanted to make his eyes a mix of blue and green. I'm glad that you caught that and like it. Makes me feel successful xD Thank you. I was trying to go for a more chiseled sketchy look

Yay, I'm so glad you like it. I always think of you when I think of Riku or Namine my friend I am doing rather well. I'm struggling with being sad today but God is my strength and I know He'll hold me through this ^~^ Thanks for asking. How are you doing?

I'm glad I think of you whenever I see Riku and Namine I hope you're feeling better! I'm so sorry for this late response. I have been rather busy. God has been showing up in my life at strange times. I'm getting the sense something is happening in the hearts of people around me :3 it's interesting to watch

We just think of one another all the time then don't we I am feeling better though that won't take away the feelings of missing my friend. Its been a week now since she left I just hope she is doing well. Oh, no worries. We both have busy lives so late responses are no biggy ^^ Sounds fun and interesting.
