I'm sure you could get them. What effects? I don't think I use them all that much other than the glow. It's really easy really. ^w^ If you want to know how to do anything you see I've done I can try to explain how to do it.

Oh you just use a layer effect thing. I dunno about your PS but on mine you just get the thing you want to glow make a new layer and draw it like normal then doubleclick the layer in the little scrolling section with all the layers and the options to hide and all that. (just don't click the title click the grey space or else it'll just let you change the layer name) The choose outer glow from the checklist and edit the settings like colour of glow and how big it is/speads and opacity etc. And there you go easy as that! ^w^
