I think it looks great. But, how is it worn/carried? Is that a belt loop where the flap snaps to?

What you see is correct. The snap is on the belt loop. It opens outward. Good to keep money/ID/Valuables in. There will be different variations on future ones of course. This was sort of a test run.

It looks good. Keeps the front clean and it doesn't jump out as being something that might hold anything...not a bad idea. But some people might have problems with it after a few drinks...
