Printmaking rocks my socks. Third in a series of stencil collographs, a right sexy jester lady.Etching ink on Reeves paper, apx. 5.5" x 8".

duuude, I hear you. Printmaking is one of those wonderful things you want to do all the time but keep putting off or never get the time to T__T I've been slacking off too...and one of my friends *has* a press!
I actually just made another stencil of her (broke the last one by accident) and hope to make more prints soon if you have any suggestions for a particular color scheme...*nudge nudge wink wink*

they have a press and you aren't taking advantage of that? shame shame....not that i'm any better. *has access to a print room at nearby college cause i know the teacher*
anyhow...i think bright blues/greens/yellows with the white salt on watercolor look would look great. if that made any sense. aheh. i don't think you can really go wrong with the colors cause of how strong she is.

I sort of reminds me of that lady jester character in the semi-newer Batman cartoons...I haven't seen those in a long time...
But, it has its own flare to it... It seems somber to me... She looks to me as if she is very bored...
The background is so captivating!
