Hey, it's been a while!
I haven't really been drawing much at all lately. My dear friends here know from my occasional journals that there's a lot on my mind for quite a while now.
I still don't really know what to do with myself but just keep on going from one day to the next, even though it's not as bad as it sounds.
It's just kinda....bland?

I really want to create art again and start drawing my own stuff, not just fanart. But most of the time I'm lacking motivation, inspiration and purpose.
Sometimes it feels like I'm back at square one at 20 years old but with the disadvantage of being 33 years old. (lol) There's this expectation that by your 30s you gotta have everything figured out.
I know that's not realistic and most people don't know any more than in their 20s. Plus the times are rough and nobody really knows what's still gonna be here by tomorrow.
At least there were more positive updates today and who knows, maybe we'll move to a greener place in the end of this year or next year?
Hubby is calling different departments right now to figure out where he can transfer to without too many weeks of additional training. (Geez, Tennessee Highway Patrol wants sworn officers to go through 11 weeks of academy again. After 10 years of experience no officer really wants to deal with that bs anymore. lol)

I can't really tell you anything about this drawing by the way. I have no clue what I thought while drawing it, it was another experiment, inspired by some other artwork I've seen in a Netflix show. I'm just glad I moved the pen for a bit!
