To answer your question, no. It's 100 percent digital. I did it with a line tool. Still, it is "my" lineart, it's just digital. It's a vectorization of the scene. It's not an actual pen. It still has my own touch to it, though. The coloring it also digital. First I did the linear, then colored hair and eyes, and that's how it worked. About a 2 hour process.
