Description
In IDC Comics, Fortress Maximus was the warden of Garrus-9 penal institute, and was later a Duly Appointed Enforcer of the Typhest Accords. Neither of which he did as a Titan. So it annoyed me that there was no real addressing that in the toyline. This was my way of bringing him into my Lost Light group, without going totally out of scale. Also, considerably less expensive.
