After standing by, helpless, watching the Winter torture its victims, Spring has finally decided enough is enough and forces it back. It refreshes the earth with cooling showers and dries it off with a gentle warmth from the sun.

Well, it's been a long time coming, but it appears Spring might finally be arriving here. It's currently raining as I type this (and had been snowing earlier >.<) but various flowers and birds are starting to return and the temperature is actually starting to rise a couple more degrees.

So, to celebrate this wonderful and long awaited season, I decided to create a new piece to represent the coming of spring.
