I think the upper lip is a bit too big, but it's not too important.
There is nice tones and I like the gradient replacing the dress.

Great work, and one of the best Aaliyah vectors i've seen. Looks just like her and you did a great job with her hair, facial expression, and the shading on her skin. Haha, i know what it's like to get lazy with clothes. That's always the hard part to vector, but i think your vector looks a bit unfinished without a proper shirt.

You pull of the layed-vector-shadow thing so well. This is just great. I kinda like the absense of definite clothing. Especially with an already colorful background.
