No she isn't, she's a Goddess and manifestation of Brahman i.e. "The Truth".

Sorry it took me a while to respond (college life lol; what can you do?)

Kali was the of course one of the most feared hindu goddesses of all India. One day however, a small village was under attack by an evil demon that couldn't be stopped cause every time he would even drop a blood he would reduplicate himself. Kali took pity on the poor village as it was mercilessly being destroyed. she fought the beast and when she had the chance she grabbed him and sucked his blood, draining all that was in him without letting a drop fall. From that day on the village has praised and worshiped her telling the famous legend generation after generation.

Hundreds of years later, groups of people from india (today known as gypsie) began traveling west to Europe heading to Transylvania where at the time Count Vald Dracule ruled during the crusades

and that is the brief history

Actually Kali isn't a Vampire, she just simply drank the Raktavija blood to prevent them from reproducing since a single drop can spawn them. Get your Hindu mythology right and stop appropriating them.

Thanks. I thought that the bloody red would suit Her Fiery Holiness best.

The lights and shadows are very well achieved, and the red lighting adds a mysterious atmosphere... well done!

Thanks. That photo is quite powerful and raw.. it should be, because it depicts Kali.

I see.. here's a hint. Check out these keywords with Google:

Kapala, Kapalika, Aghori, Viparit Karani, Kaula, Vama Marga

.. and suddenly, Indian Cosmology becames very interesting.. There's more than Krishna and Ganesha abound. (sinister chuckle..)
