Samus win. She faster, she have a better power armor, and she has a huge combat experience with creepy monsters. Doom guy brutal and has a good weapon, but that's all he's got. Samus is not a stupid imp or a demon, she one of best bounty hunters. No chance for a Doom guy, i think.

mmhmm. Both of them are the literal most badass people in their universe, and DOOM guy is a little bit more than "a guy with a gun". Literally a warrior foretold for eternity to bring about the end of hell- I'd say a fair match at least.
