Another new soari! It's been a while since I've made a new character simply because I had a visual in mind but no other purpose. Riko here is purely from my brain going "what if soari but like a vulture". I'm quite sure bald heads or baldness in other areas used to be more common among soari, but after the war when their territory was reduced to a cold mountain range, the less fluffy variants started having more trouble staying warm. Riko looks like he's had his fair share of struggles.
