My take on some possible alolaforms.

Alola has two types of lapras. The normal water/ice and the rare fairy/flying. Some stories claim that some lapras became fairy/flying and able the defy gravity by magic, out of friendship with humans. As flying types they are able to follow there owners anytime and aren't just restricted to the coast.

The alola batpokemon are part gras type and feed of trees in a parasitic way comparable to mistletoe. To find the best trees they sometimes follow foraging lapras.
