I understand your opinion, but, I think Rashemen not exactly similar to Russia (in my head), rather it is similar to Norseland/Finland... Ok, the terrain isn't.

These characters born in there, but they travel everywhere in Faerűn.

Anyway, you're right, I'm not regard in my pictures to the regional features (and I'm not talented to draw any clothes or fashion )
