.... Neil is the Adopted son of Lisa and Soul and suprisingly he doesn't notice at all the difference in their species. Which is good because neither one of them has the heart to tell little Neil the truth. Despite being only a baby, his attacks are astoundingly powerful Taking out every member of my team with only a few charge beams Which is another reason no one wants to tell the little Dynamo the truth he has a Sweet and bubbly personality, Just don't feed him anything sweet
