My mind has been on RWby far too much, this girl makes me think of a broken Ruby, with one leg missing...though I don't fully understand the picture, it looks heartbreaking.
You wouldn't mind me borrowing this concept and manipulating it into a story idea, eh? I just thought of a new concept that hasn't been fully explored in the RWBY-verse yet, and I'm hoping to be able to work something out with.

Oh, wow you're right. She does look like a broken Ruby :\ Well, this girl is from an anime called 'Shingeki no Kyojin' or 'Attack on Titan' and in this picture, she's meant to be dead. She's hanging from wire supports attached to a tree after being crushed into it by a... giant/titan. She still has both legs, the boot that's showing is just her right leg :3

I've been hearing a lot about "attack on titan" and I really ought to check it out sometime soon. it sounds like my kind of anime, almost like giant robots (code geass/Gundam), only not!
I wrote out a very rough draft of the idea, and apparently, I'm going to be taking a lot from our good friend Fullmetal Alchemist. no date for when it comes out, but I may want to do more concepting first.

Of course you have! You should definitely check it out, it's simply gorgeous. The anime, the characters... there isn't one character that I hate, but that's just my opinion ^_^ I suppose it is mecha. Like, it's just flesh bodies instead

I know! I read the part in the manga and shipped them from there. And then there were the extra scenes where he cut off her patch and had her body thrown from the cart... the excessive shipping/feels were not pretty :\

It was like a slap to my face. The animators be like, 'oh hey, it's already a heart wrenching scene, lets see what we can do to make it DEATH.' I was not happy, that's for sure.
