I was so happy when she arrived!!! My first Pokemon plush from gen 6!Sylveon plushies are on sale now on Amazon and Ebay so hurry and get one!!
I thought that Sylveon plushies would not be released until July but it turns out that's when the Talking Sylveon plush is going to be released

While it's true Tomy has made eeveelution plushies that are sold a Walmart/F.Y.E/ Hot Topic etc.... This Sylveon plush was made by the Japanese toy company Takara Tomy if you look closely you can see the tag is written in japanese.
