Description While she has still kind of fantasy armor, I wanted to make it possible to craft in viking ages. You can still recognize few marks connected to what you can see on classic viking armor. The fuzzy small horse with big head is special breed living on iceland and over whole Scandinavia, I am no expert but i think these horses were very common in those ages.

So I wanted to create realistic character with no wings, no white pegas horse , no armored bikini, not even a helmet with wings. She should still have at least shield but there was no place to put it And I also didn't want to cover her head with massive viking helmet.

Whole picture is set to post apocalyptic theme, after the battle time. And as it usually happens, valkyries comes down to the ground to search for those who fought bravely. then they go to Valhalla over the bifrost... blah, blah. I think most of you know the legend better than me.

Its very well done! I absolutely love your choice and use of colors here!
I also respect how you've drawn out the small shadow and lights, it's hard for me to always go for them at this level of detail - so well done mate!

still some small hints:
first thing I'd suggest is that the foreground should be way darker to emphasize the fire more, it would feel even more dramatic. right now I wonder where this bright electric light might come from ...
second: her arms are a slight bit too short and her head could use a tiny shift or twist to the left (could make it look more lively) and maybe it's also a bit too small, dunno.

I mean, if you get rid of that ... it's really a great piece

ha ha sharp eye you got there Arms lenght is discussable. I think right hand is ok, but left one(the one with sword)may appear strange as it is not very visible that whole arm is curved backward, I'll look into it again . Now, the unknown light source has its place there too, it is just one of ways to highlight the object viewer should pay attention firs. Otherwise, You'll look for the fires and that's not the point of composition And I am yet not speaking about perspective lightness depth... well, I also try something but this time I am very skeptic. And now placement of neck(and head)... I saw the problem long time but I was to lazy to correct it, besides, it is still anatomicaly possible... right? Head should fit 8 times to the whole lenght of the body... I checked it again and "oops!" I have some additional space!
It is incredibly hard to draw figure in such detail with no model.
anyway thank you for comment and I appreciate your suggestions, hurray I have more "fun" ahead

if the arm is backwards then maybe only her elbow should be a bit lower, might be enough.
I think getting things highlighted can be done by level of detail here and you also have less saturation in the background which is another way to seperate image layers (bg fg), I guess it can work out without the white light, give it a try!
