-I only take USD, via PayPal. I will not accept alternative forms of payment.

-25% Off for any of the above prices for content featuring my OCs! If you want a scenario but no character in mind, it's a great deal!

-Half of total payment is expected up front, remainder on completion of work. Work will not begin until references are given and the first half of payment is complete. Second payment is due before sending the final sketch. If the second payment is not paid, the commissioner will be blacklisted from any further commissions. Full payment up front is also accepted, though this does not guarantee your work will be done sooner.
-Any changes in scope after the initial concept sketch is delivered will reflect changes in price. This includes backgrounds, addition of color to a sketch/lineart commission, and additional details such as props or other environmental factors. Correction of mistakes or coloration can be corrected during the appropriate phases of work. This includes 3 edits total.
-Please include visual references with your request. If the commission requires original design work on my part (only written refs, turnarounds, OC design), +100% of the base price will be added. If I, the artist, do original design work on your behalf, I require credit for the design.
-A simple abstract background, as depicted in the cel-shaded piece, will be included. More complex backgrounds will require negotiation. By default, the addition of a complex background will result in a +50% addition to the base price.
-Significantly complex designs, whether for backgrounds or characters, are subject to an upcharge.
-Upon completion, the commissioner will receive a hi-resolution version of the completed piece in a method of their choosing, within reason.
-Additional characters are +50% of the base price. If the additional character requires significant detail, I reserve the right to charge more than +50%.
-Commission time can range between 2 weeks to 3 months depending on size, scale, and complexity, as well as outside factors (such as personal health, work, family issues, etc). In addition I work on a first come first serve basis. This is not a guarantee, and strict deadlines will affect the price of the commission. I will make sure to stay in contact if the commission will take longer than a month.
-If you wish to keep your commission private, I ask for an additional +25% of the base price. If not specified, I reserve the right to upload or not to upload work that has been commissioned to my portfolio.
-By submitting your first form of payment you are consenting to these Terms and Conditions.
