both! Though, I think I like anime more cause you can see what the colors are supposed to be ^^ it makes drawing easier.

yeah, yesterday my friend bought one for almost $30! I would never pay that for a comic book!!! $22 was the most I have ever payed
my internet is really slow too, I only get a max of 25kb/s... at the moment I only have 5.3

AMAZING! Woah Sky! This is just.. so bewildering! You did a fantastic job on the background and you must tell me the secret to your line art! The pose is wonderful, nicely structured and she has a beautiful face!

the secret to my line art is that I draw it 2 times.
The first time I use a big brush (6-10 pixels) in a bright color and zoomed out pretty far. this lets me get the pose the way I like it ^^
Then on a new layer, I use a way smaller brush (usually 2-3 pixels) in my black or a dark grey. I zoom in to 200-400 times so I can get my lines smooth 
Then I turn the brush down to 1 pixel to do more detailed lines. however... this step would be totally unnecessary if vista would just quite uninstalling my tablet software!!!!! 
I hope I explained that well... if not, this my help show what I mean... [link] you'll have to download it though...
