Personality:
Hima is bit of a shy person. He likes to be in quite places and play with Dango his rat. When fighting he's totally focussed on the enemy and the movements he makes.
On rescue missions Dango helps him with destracting the enemy by biting, scrathing and tickling him/her so Hima can attack. So, a quite shy guy with high performents when he can think.

Background:
Ratto lives happy with his father and mother in Konoha. Ratto's real name is Hima but because he loves rats he and his friends call him Ratto (japanese for Rat) His best friend is Dango. His brown rat. Dango always sits on his shoulder.
Hima's blue hair is not real, he paints it because he likes to stand out from the crowd.
His dragon Katana was a gift for his 14th birthday.

He lives in a quite poor neighbourhood but doesn't mind that. They are happy and the things they need are there.
