Wow, you convey quite a bit just using abstract shapes. I like the detail of the dead bird on the floor - it adds a certain poignancy to the scene.
I'm not sure what the second-from-right creature at the top of the picture is though, or which side of the battle it's on. I don't know this medium very well, though, so maybe I'm missing something.
It's an interesting image.
