for this one i had to choose a new type and one of the others gets replaced so it went from fire/grass to ghost/fire.

Tortkin the pumpkin turtle pokemon

Tortkin is a very lazy pokemon for most the year until the halloween season approaches.

Flajacktort The flaming turtle pumpkin pokemon

Flajacktort LIkes to scare passing people or pokemon around the halloween season but also enjoy the attention because of there jack o lantern style shell.

Spectort The Ghost turtle pokemon

Spectort can only be achieved on halloween and midnight if Flajacktort truly scares something. In this evolution all it does is try to scare as many people and pokemon as it can.
