Dulley is a very calm boi, he likes to spend his days being lazy and read comics and play some video games, he may not have the ability to speak but can still fully understand the human language and spell and stuff, he ain't no dummy- He can also be attached to most dragons depending on how they treat him.
His magical prowess is quite unknown, but he can breathe blue fire representing his calm and lazy personality.
