Description
Who is your favorite Pokémon? Vulpix, all the way (though I love the way Bulbasaur pronounces its name). Ninetails is pretty, but I prefer Vulpix's traditional fox coloring as opposed to the all white Ninetails.
Have you drawn a Pokémon before? Never have, and thanks to this tutorial drawing him was easier than I expected.
Done in Gimp. Pokeball and background also created by hand(mouse) by me, with lighting effects (Pokeball layer) and zoom blur effects (background layer) applied.
