My friend sent me some pictures of her kitten (I guess not technically a kitten anymore) under the Christmas tree and I did sketches of them, one of which turned into a Califinch and here we are. I didn't try to do exact realism because I'm still far from learning that, a lot of my silly style elements slide in whether I like it or not but I am pretty certain this looks like a cat and a blanket and that's good enough for me.

I'm gonna scurry off on a trip in a few days so merry early Christmas in case I'm not around for that, maybe another drawing or two will appear before the end of the month we will see. This year has just been Wow! Really Tiring

Not to end on a negative note though, I loved painting in this style and I will for sure try it again when I get the chance.
