Okay so Dawn/Hikari is my all time favorite pokemon character so of course I had to do some lineart and coloring of her!!!I found this sketch of her on photobucket and did some lineart and coloring over it so I don't actually know who made it!!!
Sorry! But I love how it came out and the pallette design includes all the colours I used for her and Piplup!
