Yes! He used to have Wolfhorn Ranch and was a Bighorner Farmer for a while.
You can explore Wolfhorn Ranch and there's a lot of subtle hints at him being there. Also it was supposed to be a player's home before it was scrapped. So I can imagine Ulysses if he survives Lonesome Road might one day return to his ranch.
