Day 16 - Caelestis: Starry Form

It's my birbsona, Caelestis!!! ^.^ She has sat in the margins of my college notes for years because I just couldn't decide anything about her other than that I wanted her to represent my love of music and dancing. I couldn't decide exactly how I wanted her magic to work, or how which bird I wanted her to be.

...So I went with my approach for my new catto sona and just mashed a bunch of stuff I liked together! XD I think it came out really fun!

Caelestis has three forms- Starry, Lunar, and Solar. Each one represents a different grouping of music genres/moods. Her Starry form (seen here) represents bubbly, upbeat, and otherwise geeky or wacky niche sorts of music. When she plays that kinds of music, or if she hears music like that, she might shift to her Starry form in response!

Her species for her Starry Form is also a custom mishmash- I called it the Stellar Tail! As a Stellar Tail, Caelestis is very round, basically as orb-like as possible, with very long, stick-like legs that she hops around ridiculously on. Stellar Tails are song birds, so she's not all that big. Her longer tail feathers shine brightly, and when she's using magic or singing or dancing, they leave trails of stars through the air.
