A nice charcter design and execution, the lighting effects came out rather well I must say. Also, the rippling cloud effect was a good idea, it adds more speed to it if you ask me.

She only has two functional wings. The mock feathering along the arms and legs are proto-wings that operate on a specialized digit by the wrist.

This is absolutely amazing, the shading technique plus the way you drew the fusion of lightning and feathers gave this picture so much life, I also love the sense of movement I get from her pose. Awesome job as always ^^!
