I love that you have a decent grip on perspective, but you could do better on the background.
First of all, the Green tiles in the background don't taper enough; you could also have gone over them with a straightedge or sketch the lines in more carefully so they're more even. Same thing with the building.
Second of all, there's so much detail, it's overwhelming.
It's also a little too colorful; Try to keep the background at lower values than the foreground; it will provide for an overall better piece with more balance.
