Here is the new villain character called the Komissar.. he's very mad, Russia fell to capitalism.. and he plans to restore it's power by attrition in America, then he'll return home and take over rule of his country.. He is the ultimate dictator.. and enemy of Freedom and democracy..a true Socialist..in this sneek Peak it shows no Propaganda behind it.. LOL..
like old Russian Propaganda they used o put on the side of Buildings I thought this would be a cool image..
