Capital comics studios is proud to show you the future of our universe of heroes! it is 15 years after the events of the battle at Saturn's Moon, Titan. This Battle is where Captain Star Blast gained the ability to destroy the alien invaders and devourers of worlds, and where star superion lost total control of his powers.. were it not for the legend armor and captain Starblast's intervention, star superion would surely have created his own black hole..

The earth has changed in the years since Star Superion's absence.... A one world government has been created with a president elected to rule the main governing body.. known as the United Earth Government. All is not what it seems.. many humans who exist on the earth are mindlessly following the governments dictations. Poverty, and stagnation have set in, and only a select few are able to even view their leadership, and the president himself. Heroes were outlawed except a strange visitor to Earth, the Cosmic Centurion has become the chief enforcement of the president of Earth. The Cosmic Centurion gives super villains a choice, work for the U.E.G. or be disintegrated..

a small band of heroes has maintained a strategic and covert war with the U.E.G. Large Robotic enforcers tower above cities of the Earth, and promote terror amongst the citizenry..Freedom and liberty are all but removed in favor of state enslavement.

The Iron Eagle has carried on the battle underground and in in effect to figure out how far the corruption goes and how they can return the Earth back to its former self..

The Iron Eagle was once known as the Crimson Crow who had to hide his mutant dark-wing Powers which brought justice to criminals around the globe, now it is made to power his armored persona, this allows him to fight and remain secret, for the U.E.G. has many energy related detection units which can locate him if he sprouts his true Dark-winged form..

The Armor masks his energy signature and allows him to fight undetected..

Matron Marvel is the epitome of strength and power.. she is the daughter of the man once known as the sovereign [link] . 15 years ago, it was believed that the sovereign perished in the vast battle for the survival of Earth..(but is he really gone, and what about his strange powers..??)
Matron marvel has super leaping powers, super strength, super speed, and is nearly invulnerable..she is a power house of pure strength..

Star Superion- having been lost in space struggling to maintain control of his abilities, star superion returns to the Earth to discover it much different from what he remembered.. heroes are outlawed, and his good friend Blue Jaye is leading a resistance against the evil injustice of that of the U.E.G.

The Cosmic Centurion came to Earth shortly after the Battle of Titan.. and using his vast cosmic powers defeated all of earth's villains. Once completed, the cosmic centurion began to enforce the will of the Globalist movement, which eventually became the U.E.G.

Many of Earth's heroes died defending the Earth from the war at Titan..so it was easy for the Cosmic Centurion to institute order and control..Leo Sabre went underground and formed a separate network of heroes to monitor and support the Resistance of the Iron Eagle.. the Guardian Legion disbanded, and many of its heroes disappeared..

Free Rayne Elizabeth Johnson Rayne is a Mutant, Her ability is to mimic any physical ability a hero can do.. at is to say she can watch a person fight, and instantly learn that ability.. she can watch someone work on a car, and instantly mimic that ability.. Rayne was mentored by Jason Warbler, the Iron eagle, and taught just about every martial arts skill imaginable, and to top it off, she was instructed in the ability of super electronic engineering and acrobatics! She is a shinning symbol of Ingenuity and freedom for the Underground against the evil Authoritarian United Earth Government.

The Ultra Intelligence the Ultra Intelligence was once the powerful Intelligence Prime [link] a large hulking artificial intelligent machine which was created millions of years ago, by the Kalosians to assist in the destruction of the Varnon ..the Intelligence Prime was defeated by the first Guardian Legion in the Battle of Manhattan. The Intelligence Prime ejected his core mind, and and took over the body of a synthoid trooper [link] becoming the Ultra Intelligence. Over the years it plotted and manipulated events from behind the scenes.. until the great battle of Saturn, after which sensing the defeat of most of earth's Heroes, the Ultra Intelligence enslaved the Master Mentalist and used his mental abilities to form a United Earth Government.. Taking over the planet..the Cosmic Centurion and does not know this fact, yet serves the U.E.G. tirelessly.
