Turbo Charge:

One of my favorite things about the design of Turbo charge is his Wing tipped aerodynamic shoes.. it gives me a creative giggle every time I think of it.. I mean he's a super speed runner, and his feet pretty much lead the way as he runs, so why not have them have something that gives his feet an aerodynamic edge..

Plus his name says it all, he has the power to shoot electricity from his hands, and he can run at super speeds, even to the point where he turns into a bolt of lightning energy.. which sometime later I will showcase.. here is the origin story for all you new comers:

Robert Roads was testing his new Super Speed Motorcycle and Aerodynamically designed Body suit in an abandoned field just outside Hyperdine Labs, when a freak lightning strike hit the facility just as they were running tests on their particle accelerator. Robert was struck with a brilliant flash of energy and light and crashed his cycle into a nearby forest.

When Rob awoke, he found himself unharmed but unable to control his body, every time he moved he would move at an uncanny speed, and to top it off he also was able to eject lightning from his body as well as become an energy bolt at top speeds..

A static charge that he could eventually use to direct at an enemy, if necessary. Rob went to Hyperdine to find out what had happened to him, the head of the science and research division, Doctor Marshal Shaw was interested in using Rob for his military experiments, and tried to capture Rob, but he escaped and vowed to stop evil corporate and sciences from being used to harm innocents, dubbing the name Turbo Charge, Rob went on to fight crime and injustice, along with Doctor Shaw's evil nefarious schemes.

Eventually Turbo Charge was approached to join the Guardian Legion.
