I'll be getting the charcoal version next month, but I bought my first electric grill (off Amazon) and used it this morning on a two-pound chicken breast.Used a filet knife to cut it into two and cooked each to perfection: Using just BBQ sauce as a marinade.
The cleaning process was simplistic in itself.
Next few days, my 33 pound smoker will arrive.
