well i like the uniform. and the coloring. it turned out nice
i ve made this character up. someone asked me if i could draw this. i didn t think i would do it in the first place but well. it looks nice now

I'd comment on the blurriness, but I do believe it was made that way. However, I believe the details in her face could be cleared up a bit. Looks as if she were made of melted plastic. The image in the forefront is fine. Overall the character design is done well; as is the proportion of the background image (one with the tacks).
As a side note, nice name: Slaanesh, Prince of Excess.

Thanx for the advice. Yeah it should be that blury. I should have add some shades to her face i guess. but on the other hand i try to do it simple becouse i wanna reduce the time i need to color a piece.

Thought so. Blurry is fun. Hey, don't get me wrong, the piece was nicely done as is all of your other art. Coloring is the devil and, god willing, once I post some my artwork none of it will be in color. I think I'm the only person on DA that doesn't know how to use PS, Illustrator, etc.
