I love Fawlkes.... luckily, Ms. Rowling didn't kill him off like she did some of my other fav charactors.I did this portrait using only the nintendo dsi and art academy. I was giubg fir a "noble" look.

Lol! Art Academy is a downloadable "game/program" that you can get from DSI Ware. Technically, it would be considered digital art, but you mix colors and add water just like you would using traditional media. I love and recommend it to anyone with a dsi

Nice job. Looks very real. And that's a good way to do the background. That's one part that always leaves me a bit stumped for how to fill it in.
