because treaste asked me for one! uwuI hope it helps!
1. You need a draw.
Ill be using a old one of cake!
2. Save/Export it as BMP! This is important, if you dont save it as .bmp the glitching wont work!
3. Now that you have your .bmp file open it in WORDPAD, yes the normal text editing program!
4. And after you opened it in wordpad it will prolly look something like this:
5. DONT CHANGE ANYTHING!
Just click save!
4. And after that, your picture will look something like this:
And that's it!
If you want a different glitch version just open A COPY of your drawing (bmp) and drag a picture or gif file into the code!
Like this:
Just click save again!
The glitch effect will change depending on the colours and the position of the drawing that you dragged in.
After doing that my second glitch picture looked like this!
After that i usually just open the file in gimp and erase the white background so i can make a transparent .gif file out of it uwu!
CLICK ON IT TO SEE THE FINAL RESULT

But i don't just use Wordpad, i also use Photoscape for pictures shown below!
If you guys want i can make a photoscape tutorial too laughs!

do you work with Layers?
Because I used PS save it as an bmp file and open it with wordpad and also just save it...
But it looks like an real glitch, like this:

On my computer it says theres 25 bit bitmap, 365 color bit map, 16 color bitmap, and monochrome bitmap

It doesn't show the final results for me. D8 I change it to a bmp, open it and wordpad and save it. But, then I can't look at the final results.

Oh i have one question though, how did you drag images into the code? Each time i do mine it wants to turn the Bmp. file into a txt. file otl if you could help me out id really appreciate it.

It alrigh,t everything else work and i figured out a way to bypass it by changing hues sometimes itll change the positions for the glitching and such.

This is a very helpful tutorial, I've been looking for this everywhere! Although, how do you open your drawing after you saved it with Wordpad? Which software do you use and how do you open it? I tried opening it with Sai twice, but it says the canvas is too big...Please reply quick!
