This card's name is treated as “Harpie Lady” while face-up on the field or in the GY. You can only use each of the following effects of "Harpie Guardian" once per turn.
● (Quick Effect): You can target 1 "Harpie" monster in your GY and 1 monster your opponent controls; return them to their owners' hands.
● If this Link Summoned card is sent to the GY: You can add 1 "Hysteric" card and 1 "Harpie" monster from your Deck to your hand.
Good ladder tech from Conductor - basically a slightly less protected Majespecter Unicorn on legs, though I do feel that the Hysteric/Harpie search may be...limited in its application. Hysteric Party would be awesome -and open 2 Pendulum Scales in the process - but it's also likely gonna be marshaled to revive a board that your opponent's smoked and it might not fare too well against, say, the average Knightmare Phoenix. Love the art, though.
