Trying to get to grips with Unicron as drawn in the cartoon, rather than the apocalyptic guitarist we see who's on a similar scale to the rest of the band. A good deal more intricate than other bots, but then he is meant to be the size of a small planet. One of the ways to give the illusion of size is to go into greater detail: what might on one 'bot be just a clean expanse of metal will on Unicron be four or five sections with welds or joins or whatever between them.
