For those who don't know who is this character, I will tell you who is this.

This is Mumm-Ra from Thundercats, he is an undead sorcerer and arch-enemy of ThunderCats and one of the Emperors of the Universe. An ancient force of evil and powerful sorcerer, Mumm-Ra craves power and his sole ambition is to achieve order, his order, within the entire cosmos. In order to achieve his goal he requires all four of the Power Stones so that his own power is multiplied infinitely.

Physical appearance

Body: In his weakened corpse-like form, he is skinny and emaciated and wrapped in bandages with little to no flesh showing aside from his face, hands, and feet. He is covered in a red cloak that is still tattered and singed from his confrontation with Leo eons ago. His voice is also more raspy and high pitched in this state than in his stronger and more powerful forms. In his Ever-Living form, Mumm-Ra is several feet taller, roughly twice Lion-O's height and even more physically imposing than Panthro. His bandages are only seen in a few places on his body and his skin is charred-gray with demonic wings on his back. He wears gold armor with blue accents and bears a piece of gold armor on his chest that is emblazoned with his entwined serpent insignia.

Personal information

Traits and Personalities: He is shown to be as sadistic, cunning, ruthless, and callous. However, his actions are a means to achieve an ideal order in the universe, regardless of the millions of lives he ruins to achieve that goal. Despite his power-hungry, vicious, sadistic, and depraved personality, Mumm-Ra seems to have his limits on sickening acts, describing Kaynar and Addicus as being guilty of "crimes, vile even to me."
Strengths: Mumm-Ra is an absolute master of magic and sorcery and possesses an unlimited knowledge of them. As he embodiment of evil, and an undead being, Mumm-Ra is virtually indestructible and seemingly immortal. His mastery of dark magic grants him the ability to project bolts of dark energy, levitation, telekinesis, shape-shifting, mind control, astral projection, and scrying. His deadliest ability is to connect to his masters, the Ancient Spirits of Evil. Whenever he recites the famous incantation: “Ancient Spirits of Evil, transform this decayed form to Mumm-Ra, the Ever-Living!”, Mumm-Ra draws from their power to transform himself into his infamous Ever-Living form. In this form, Mumm-Ra is bigger in size, more muscular, and able to grow wings for flight. Mumm-Ra also possess increased physical strength, resilience, and an increase in dark mystical power. Moreover, Mumm-Ra's Ever-Living form grants him skill in swordsmanship, allowing him to wield his Sword of Plun-Darr to deadly effect in battle. What also adds to Mumm-Ra's abilities is that he is able to harness the energies of the Power Stones through his Gauntlet of Plun-Darr in order to bolster his power.
Weaknesses: Mumm-Ra is "nothing more than a withered sack of bones". He is incredibly weak, unable to compete with most opponents physically immense power, which is why he mainly takes on his Ever-Living form for combat. However his power in the form comes at a price. He can only maintain his power for a short time, after which he must return to his sarcophagus to rest and rejuvenate. The more power he expends, the quicker he tires. Mumm-Ra is also susceptible to bright sunlight and burns quickly in its presence.
Powers and Abilities: Mumm-Ra, as the embodiment of evil, has demonstrated extremely potent dark magical power, which are at their strongest when inside the Black Pyramid. He can shapeshift into a variety of forms, control his wrappings to trap and lift others (as demonstrated with Jaga and Pumyra), and project and manipulate devastating energies as his primary attack. He can use other magic to achieve effects, like scrying, conjuring imprisonment spheres, probing minds, manipulating souls, influence over weak-minded creatures (even over long distances), and telekinesis. Mumm-Ra can also transform himself into a more vigorous form: "Mumm-Ra, the Ever-Living", by reciting the famous incantation: “Ancient Spirits of Evil, transform this decayed form to Mumm-Ra, the Ever-Living!” While in this form, Mumm-Ra possesses much greater strength and resilience, large wings capable of flight, and enhanced mystical power to battle his foes. The price of this power however, is limited endurance: once Mumm-Ra, the Ever-Living has surpassed a given threshold of energy expenditure, he must revert back to his mummified form, and enter his sarcophagus to rejuvenate himself (This process is however, ineffective if Mumm-Ra's soul is absorbed by some stronger being).
Fears: Sunlight, losing immortality, banishment and imprisonment to the Infinite Void (and similar dimensions).
