Scooter here, is from the Skatebirds show and is a sking (with wheels on them??!!) penguin who is partners with Satchel who as added a long while ago, but is one of my favorites. This show started out as live action show and was actually never animated, but the character design is fun. soon i will add Knock Knock who was the leader of the pack and a crazy woodpecker. i will also add Scat Cat who was their nemesis and voiced by the inimitable Scatman Caruthers.
