Description
This was apart of the pic I did of Horton giving Ned a bath.[link]After the mud incident Horton and Ned goes to a lake to clean them selfs of and it soon leads to them having a splash fight, only to be interrupted by Kangaroo who was watching them looking very angery. Ned is embarrassed wondering how long she's been there watching.
She wanted to have a word with them about the problem today with the animals and the Wickersham she accuse Ned of being the one who started it, but Horton tells he didn't do anything and talks her into giving Ned a chance.

XD This one made me lol the hardest. I could easily imagine them getting getting into a splash fight. Nice touch with Ned grabbing onto Horton's truck to stop them when Kangaroo showed up. :3 If looks scould kill, Ned and Horton would be swimming with the fishes. XD Lovely picture!
