Here's a more grammatically correct set of dialogue. Just fixed a few spelling errors and tweaked it a bit to make more sense.
"Listen, we need you to create a distraction for the Alpha, thus allowing Scott to escape from there. The Alpha will come after you though, that's why I need to ask you to be very careful and run like hell. Got it, Stiles?"
"I'm pretty good at getting rid of werewolves! There's nothing to worry about, Derek."
"Werewolves are kind of my thing, you know!"
"Now... I need to get into the building like a f*cking ninja..."
"Stiles..."
