That's a beautiful composition and idea, especially with such great work on Timmy and his lady friends. (Nice job on the goldfish too, of course.) I love the revealing outfits filled in by such lovely ladies, plus Timmy looks pretty suave and handsome himself. Their poses and positions all come together nicely, and you were very nice to make sure Tootie's partially revealed bottom is fully visible on one side. (Am I imagining it, or is Cosmo peeking up between her legs?) The details are fantastically done all over, from the nice accoutrements on the outfits and especially the form-fitting fishnets and shading.
Speaking of shading, I think this is a vast improvement over your previous works. It's much smoother here, and the outlines look much cleaner without "harder" shading techniques not playing nice with them.

i tried this time doing a pic that had no shading at all but did have some light on the more reflective materials like i've seen in some peoples pics. and no i did not intentionaly have cosmo looking up between her legs haha

Oops! When I wrote "shading" I guess I was talking more about the coloring / "fill" (though it's obviously hand-applied) as well. And even if you weren't trying there are plenty of places where it looks like you varied the lights and darks here and there. (Timmy's left shoe, Trixie's shoe.) Then again, maybe my brain is just filling a few things in, but even with another hard look it's still a fantastic picture.
