So, as you can tell, I spent most of the last year pregnant. At 34 weeks gestation, I was diagnosed with preeclampsia and our daughter was measuring very small. Ultrasounds showed that there was decreased blood flow to the placenta so I was taken for an emergency c-section. She was born August 20th (about 6 weeks early). This is the first time I got to hold her, almost 24hr later.

She's 10 days shy of being 3 months old now and she's been home since she was 1 month old. So far, she isn't presenting with any health problems but her development is delayed, by about 6 weeks, which is normal.
