Brief Backstory: Created and raised in one of Japan's top of the line facilities, he studied abroad for years before finally moving to stay in Neo Terra. Living a rather shelted life due to his studies he started to branch out in his early twenties and picked up work as a security guard in the many labatory facilities, finally landing a permanent job at the place he is now. Working full time he's hardly home, and most nights he eats out at small secretive places before spending the night in his office at work. He's been in a few fights, but lacks any visible scars to prove to new recuits how grueling it is at times working there. He keeps himself updated all the time, and keeps a Micro as a pet and surveillance partner.

- His Micro's name is Liko and she wears a small mico camera on her, it does not bother her and it's connected via wireless to a system in Otachi's office.
        - Liko is never seen at night unless Otachi wants her to be seen. She's loyal but not intelligent and Otachi has to wipe her data constantly to make sure she isn't tampered with when roaming the labs.
        - During the day, she is most likely seen on his shoulder or asleep in his jacket pockets.
